Go to your order history and select the item. Discuss the issue with the seller and see possible solutions.

Apply for Refund

If you can’t come to an agreement with the seller, simply apply for a refund by opening a dispute in the order page. Be sure to do this within 14 days of your order confirmation.

Get Money Back in 14 Days
